Title: Youth Coordinator
Classification: Full-time, Permanent
Location: 245 Fifth Avenue
Responsibilities: Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC seeks articulate & creative Youth
Coordinator to work with adolescents & volunteers. Duties include presentations at major companies,
coordinating/facilitating after school mentoring programs & summer activities program for teens.
Scheduling interviews, trips & other administrative duties. Midtown office location.
Qualifications: The position requires a BA/BS Degree. Excellent presentation skills
required. Must be an organized, efficient, outgoing, energetic, self starter.

Title: Associate Program Manager

Description: Associate Program Manager will manage all aspects of community-based
mentoring program. Duties include supervision of match relationships, client outreach, interviewing,
assessments, and group activities. Solid interviewing, computer and writing skills required.
MSW Preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Marketing and Development Department
Title: Marketing and Development Intern
Classification: Part-time (15 hours/week) unpaid; available immediately
Location: Manhattan
Description: Learn from an expert in advertising, marketing, online strategies and corporate
partnerships, gaining "real world" experience and knowledge of branding, website development, corporate fundraising,
promotions, including PR, volunteer recruitment and cause marketing. Intern will benefit from an understanding
of "the big picture" that will be invaluable to his/her future.
Qualifications: Must be junior or senior in college, related coursework and work experience strongly
preferred. Must be tech savvy and possess solid computer, internet research and communication skills. Must be
professional, organized, flexible, energetic, creative and detail-oriented.
